Hi everyone who's viewing this entry (probably nobody LOL), my name is
Zoom, 100% Thai,16 years young, now living in Czech Republic and is going back home (Thailand) next week. I started writing a blog cuz I think it will help me keep memories somehow and I hope I could update this blog regularly LOL. And yeah my hobbies are photography, fashion stuffs, shopping, reading, chatting, travelling, drawing and the most important thing is sleeping.
I've been thinking about my life so far since I'm returning home soon, my life has changed a lot during my exchange year in Czech Republic. It may seems like I've got nothing (my Czech speaking sucks, I don't have any Czech bestie, I did nothing at school) but yeah .. so I tried to find out what did I get from this year. The answers are 12 Thai best friends forever !, little improvement of my German and English, my thoughts changed, I've learned to live by myself, I've grown up, I've met so many bitches and jerks, I've learned to accept changes and adapt myself to new cultures. From these experiences inspired me to travel this fuckin world, to go out and see something new meet new friends, to get fucked up sometimes in other countries, to live my life to the fullest make it worth not just learning learning and learning all my life. These words below also
inspired me a lot.
“I used to know this boy. At one point I was pretty
close with him. We drifted apart through the high school years. Anyway,
that doesn’t matter. He spent about, what, 12 years of his life in some
form of education. Anyway, it was at GCSE’s at our school. In his final
days of his exams, he was hit by a car. Died instantly. He worked and
studied for 95 percent of his whole life. It’s not his fault, but he
did. He studied and learned to get a “good future” and died before
getting there. He is never going to see the world. He did so little to
say he had been in the world for 16 years. That’s it. He’s gone. Over. I
was told by one of his close friends he was saying just a few days
before he died, “I’ll never die, I’m going to live forever”. And that’s
just it, no one does. No one lives forever. In fact quite the opposite.
Our generation is expected to die before our parents. It’s so hard to
break the boundaries that society have put on us, but you have to. I
know it’s not hard to be scared about your future. You think you have to
work nonstop so you can live when you’re older. But fuck it. Your
teenage years will be the best years of your life, so go live them. Road
trips, making music, whatever. Just go do it. Don’t waste your time now
for the future because it may never happen. You may be killed tomorrow.
I’m never going to live my life in the conventional form that is birth,
school, college, work, marriage, the grave. Fuck this. Go chase the
sunset. Meaning stop putting shit off. Get off the computer and go make
an unforgettable moment happen with your friends. Go get that feeling
like when you’re in another country and the air is warm and you feel so
different..”
